Must have 1 year of experience as Pharmacy Tech!

Pay $19/hr

Schedule;

• Monday- 9am-7:30pm

• Tuesday-Friday 11am-8:30pm

• Every 3rd Saturday – 11am-8:30pm

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team . As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed pharmacists in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. You will work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

1. Prescription Processing:

• Receive and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.

• Verify prescription information for completeness and authenticity.

• Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.

2. Medication Dispensing:

• Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.

• Ensure the proper labeling and instructions for patient use on medication containers.

• Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.

3. Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration of medications.

4. Compliance and Regulations:

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

• Assist in record-keeping and documentation of prescription and medication-related information
